Pre Cure Retreading

We use the pre cure method during our tire retreading services. We find this approach to be beneficial in several ways. Here's what happens during our retreading service:

• Inspection: We inspect your tire for any hidden defects.
• Buffing: We mechanically remove the old tread using a high speed buffer.
• Application: We apply the new rubber.
• Because we're using the pre cure system, the tread rubber has already been vulcanized. At this point, we apply the new tread to your tire using a cushion gum. Next, we place the tire in a curing chamber.
• Final Inspection: We look over the retread tire to ensure that everything is in proper order.
• Trim & Paint: If the tire meets industry standards, it is then trimmed of excess rubber and painted.
